During the training period in Hanoi, head coach Okiyama Masahiki and his assistants spent most of their time training the players' physical strength, combined with experimental training with 2 practice matches, including an internal match and a friendly match with Thai Nguyen U19 women's team on the afternoon of July 9 with a 5-2 victory.
Evaluating the students, coach Okiyama Masahiki said that the team still has many problems that need improvement. He said: "Currently, the team is focusing and following the training plan of the coaching staff. In the match against Thai Nguyen women's players, although the opponent had speed, the U20 women's players performed quite well."
