Nguyen Duy Tuyen is one of the martial artists who has won many valuable medals for the Vietnamese pencak silat team in the past decade.
In December last year, this martial artist won a gold medal in the men's 85kg weight class at SEA Games 33 held in Thailand. Also last year, Nguyen Duy Tuyen won a gold medal at the 2025 Asian pencak silat Championship held in Ha Tinh.
In his personal achievements, this martial artist has won the world championship, Asian championship, Southeast Asian championship and SEA Games many times. At ASIAD 18 held in 2018 in Indonesia, Nguyen Duy Tuyen won a bronze medal.
This year, the Vietnamese pencak silat team will conduct professional training at points at the National High-Level Athlete Training Center and the National Sports Training Center.
In the 2026 training session, martial artist Nguyen Tan Sang was added to the coaching staff of the Vietnamese pencak silat team at the training point at the National Sports Training Center.
At SEA Games 33, Tan Sang and Duy Tuyen were the only 2 martial artists to win gold medals for the Vietnamese pencak silat team. Duy Tuyen himself has won 5 times at the SEA Games arena of Southeast Asia.
