World oil prices on June 25 fell to their lowest level since the start of the US-Iran war as expectations of increased supply from the Middle East overwhelmed concerns about demand.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the world gasoline and oil market in this operating period is affected by key factors such as: positive information from negotiations between the US and Iran; many oil tankers have left through the Strait of Hormuz; military conflict between Russia and Ukraine continues, targeting each other's oil and gas facilities... The above factors have caused world finished gasoline and oil prices in recent days to increase and decrease depending on each item, but the general trend is downwards.
The average world finished petroleum product price between the price adjustment period on June 18, 2026 and the price adjustment period on June 25, 2026 is: 102.266 USD/barrel of RON92 gasoline used to blend E5 RON92 gasoline (down 5.660 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 5.24%); 104.458 USD/barrel of RON95 gasoline used to blend E10 RON95-III gasoline (down 6.454 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 5.82%); 111.386 USD/barrel of diesel oil 0.05S (down 10.234 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 8.41%); 455.730 USD/ton of mazut oil 180CST 3.5S (down 68.476 USD/ton, equivalent to a decrease of 13.06%).
The selling prices of popular consumer gasoline and oil items on the market on June 25 are as follows:
- E5 RON92 gasoline: not higher than 19,359 VND/liter, 557 VND/liter lower than E10 RON95-III gasoline;
- E10 RON95-III gasoline: not higher than 19,916 VND/liter (down 837 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price);
- Diesel oil 0.05S: not higher than 21,866 VND/liter (down 1,668 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price);
- 180CST 3.5S mazut oil: not higher than 15,030 VND/kg (down 1,650 VND/kg compared to the current maximum selling price).
