Domestic coffee prices
Coffee prices today in the provinces increased, adjusted up from 2,400 - 2,800 VND/kg compared to yesterday's closing price:
In Dak Lak, Dak Nong: 130,000 VND/kg (+2,800 VND/kg)
In Gia Lai: 129,700 VND/kg (+2,700 VND/kg)
In Lam Dong: 129,000 VND/kg (+2,400 VND/kg)
High prices returned to all key provinces and cities after a day of steep decline, recording the highest price in the country, Dak Lak and Dak Nong provinces at 130,000 VND/kg.
World coffee prices
On the London Stock Exchange, Robusta prices increased dramatically:
deadline 7.2025: 5,291 USD/ton (+165 USD/ton)
term 29.2025: 5,231 USD/ton (+ 150 USD/ton)
In the same direction, Arabica coffee prices on the New York exchange increased sharply in all terms:
term 7.2025: 385.40 cents/lb (+0.75 cents/lb)
term9.2025: 378.70 cents/lb (+1.20 cents/lb)
Term 12.2025: 370.15 cents/lb (+1.50 cents/lb)
Market analysis
Robusta coffee prices increased sharply again due to limited supply from Vietnam. Accumulated from the beginning of the year to April 15, Vietnam's coffee exports reached 580,999 tons, equivalent to a turnover of 3.3 billion USD, compared to the same period in 2024, down 13.5% in volume (equivalent to 90.383 tons), but the value of revenue increased by 46.8%.
On the New York Stock Exchange, the amount of certified and stored wet Arabica coffee has increased by 7,407 bags (60kg) in recent days, equivalent to an increase of 0.91%, bringing the total inventory to 821,075 bags.
