In the Northern region, the price of live pigs has decreased by 1,000 VND/kg in most provinces. Quang Ninh alone did not record any fluctuations, maintaining the level of 49,000 VND/kg, equivalent to the price after decrease in Tuyen Quang, Cao Bang, Bac Ninh, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Dien Bien, Phu Tho, Son La and Hung Yen. Meanwhile, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Lao Cai and Lai Chau decreased slightly to 48,000 VND/kg.
In the Central - Central Highlands region, the price of live pigs continues to decrease from 1,000 to 2,000 VND/kg. Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue and Quang Ngai are currently at 47,000 VND/kg; Da Nang still has 48,000 VND/kg. Other localities keep prices stable and unchanged.
In the Southern region, the price of live pigs today is relatively stable, only recording Dong Thap decreasing by VND 1,000/kg, to VND 49,000/kg. The remaining provinces and cities maintain prices in the range of 48,000 to 51,000 VND/kg.
