In the Northern region, live pig prices in localities simultaneously increased from 1,000 - 2,000 VND/kg. After adjustment, Bac Ninh recorded the highest level in the region with 74,000 VND/kg, the lowest in the region is Lai Chau with 71,000 VND/kg. The remaining localities fluctuated in the range of 72,000 - 73,000 VND/kg.
In the Central region, live pig prices are also trending upwards. Thanh Hoa and Nghe An recorded pig prices reaching 73,000 VND/kg and 72,000 VND/kg; many localities such as Quang Tri, Quang Ngai and Dak Lak increased by about 1,000 VND/kg, fluctuating around 67,000 - 70,000 VND/kg.
In the Southern region, a slight increase of 1,000 VND/kg was recorded in Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh (up to 67,000 VND/kg) and Dong Thap (65,000 VND/kg), while the remaining localities remained stable.
