Some localities have slightly decreased by 1,000 VND/kg to 67,000 VND/kg such as Tuyen Quang, Lang Son, Lao Cai, Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Phu Tho, Hung Yen. The price of live pigs in Hai Phong also decreased by VND 1,000/kg to VND 68,000/kg.
In the Central region, the price of live pigs today decreased in all provinces and cities, at a level of around 64,000 - 67,000 VND/kg. Of which, 4 provinces and cities have decreased by 2,000 VND/kg such as Da Nang, Dak Lak (at 65,000 VND/kg), Khanh Hoa (at 66,000 VND/kg) and Lam Dong (at 67,000 VND/kg). The remaining localities decreased by 1,000 VND/kg, of which Gia Lai was the locality with the lowest price of live pigs in the country at 64,000 VND/kg.
In the South, the price of live pigs today is mainly stable around 67,000 - 68,000 VND/kg. Also included are 4 provinces and cities that have decreased by 2,000 VND/kg such as Tay Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho (to 67,000 VND/kg) and Vinh Long (to 66,000 VND/kg). The remaining localities decreased by 1,000 VND/kg.
