Hai Phong alone is slightly higher at 69,000 VND/kg.
In the Central - Central Highlands region, the price of live pigs today ranges from 65,00069,000 VND/kg. Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Dak Lak all held 67,000 VND/kg. Gia Lai is the locality with the lowest price in the region at 65,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, the price of live pigs in Lam Dong tops the region at 69,000 VND/kg.
In the Southern region, the price of live pigs remains high, ranging from 68,000 - 69,000 VND/kg. Of which, Dong Nai, Ca Mau and Ho Chi Minh City all decreased by VND 1,000/kg, to VND 69,000/kg. The same price of 69,000 VND/kg is also in Tay Ninh area. Meanwhile, localities such as Dong Thap, An Giang, Vinh Long, Can Tho are trading in live pigs at the price of 68,000 VND/kg.
