Assessment and forecast

The slight increase in pepper prices in some international markets has contributed to creating positive momentum for the domestic market to stabilize at a high level. Major pepper growing areas in the Central Highlands are entering the final stage of the crop season, with guaranteed output. Along with that, exporting enterprises continue to increase purchases to meet orders from Europe and the US.

In the short term, domestic pepper prices are expected to remain stable at a high level, with the possibility of a slight increase due to large export demand. In the international market, pepper prices may continue to increase, especially black pepper is popular in major markets.
