Gasoline prices increase
In the adjustment session on May 15, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline increased compared to the previous adjustment period, priced at VND19 cul/liter (up VND403/liter). RON 95-III gasoline price increased compared to the previous adjustment period, priced at VND19,594/liter (up VND415/liter).
Prices of oil products increased simultaneously. Of which, diesel 0.05S is priced at VND 17,228/liter (up VND 419/liter); kerosene has a new price of VND 17,226/liter (up VND 285/liter); mazut is priced at VND 16,160/kg (up VND 627/kg). See more...
Quang Ninh invites investment in a theater, with a capital of nearly 1 billion USD
According to the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, the Quang Ninh Provincial Theater will be a modern theater with synchronous technical infrastructure, planned to be built in Bai Chay ward.
The area for building the theater is about 17 hectares, which is unused land managed by the state. Currently, technical infrastructure in the area has been invested in synchronously, connecting conveniently.
The project is in accordance with the General Planning of Ha Long City until 2040, approved by the Prime Minister in 2023 and the Land Use Planning for the period 2021-2030 of Ha Long City.
Investment form: Bidding to select investors.
The total estimated capital of the Quang Ninh Provincial Theater project is VND 22,100 billion, double the the theater project located in the Dam Tri area, right next to West Lake (Tay Ho District, Hanoi). See more...
Hanoi inspects and handles more than 1,000 cases of trade fraud in the first 4 months of the year
The Hanoi Market Management Force has inspected 1,050 violations, collecting more than 40.7 billion VND to the state budget, reaching more than 56% of the annual plan.
According to the Hanoi Market Management Department, there were 164 surprise inspections among the inspections. Inspection and control activities focus on sensitive items such as food, functional foods, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cosmetics, etc.
As a result, the authorities transferred the case file to prosecute 22 cases, administratively handled many violations and recovered large sums of money for the budget. Notably, during the peak month of food safety, the authorities were forced to destroy more than 40 tons of violating goods - mostly unknown origin, smuggled goods, not ensuring safety for consumers. Temporarily suspend the electronic tax application to switch data centers
The Tax Department (Ministry of Finance) has just issued Notice No. 237/TB-CT dated May 14, 2025 on the plan to temporarily suspend a number of systems applying information technology of the Tax sector to serve the conversion of the main Data Center (TTDL) to a new location.
This suspension of operations will take place from May 23 to June 15, 2025, to ensure data security, improve operational efficiency and maintain continuity of the information technology infrastructure of the entire industry. See more...
