On March 11, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Man - Director of Quang Ngai Department of Industry and Trade said that he will publicize the "hotline" phone numbers at 365 gas stations in the province to receive feedback from people and businesses about gasoline and oil business activities.
Accordingly, the phone numbers of Mr. Vo Quoc Hung - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Mr. Tran Xuan Thuong - Head of the Market Management Sub-Department, and 6 phone numbers of the Team Leaders of the Market Management Team directly under the Sub-Department will be publicized at gas stations in Quang Ngai province.
These'hotline' phone numbers are publicly listed, operating 24/7 to receive and process feedback from organizations, individuals, and consumers related to gasoline and oil business activities," Mr. Man informed.
Quang Ngai province currently has 365 gasoline and oil business stores. In addition to strengthening supervision and inspection of the gasoline and oil market in the area, the Quang Ngai Provincial Market Management Sub-Department also promotes propaganda and dissemination of State laws on gasoline and oil business activities to businesses, key traders, distributors and gasoline and oil business establishments.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Man, in the face of market fluctuations, the Department of Industry and Trade will continue to direct functional forces to strengthen inspection and supervision of gasoline and gas business activities in the area.
Accordingly, the Market Management Sub-Department will coordinate with relevant agencies and units to implement professional measures to inspect price listing, selling at listed prices, adjusting prices, selling hours and business conditions according to regulations. "Through these hotline phone numbers, it will help functional forces promptly grasp the situation, and if violations occur, they will be handled according to legal regulations," Mr. Man said.
