Transferring and appointing Senior Colonel Tran Binh Trong - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Training Department, Political Department, Army Corps 12 to participate in the Executive Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of Military Hospital 5;
Colonel Tran Anh Tuan - Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of Military Hospital 5 was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Mass Mobilization Department, Political Department, Army Corps 12.

Among them, 37 officers were promoted to Lieutenant Colonel and salary increased to Major, 26 comrades were promoted to Major, 14 comrades were promoted to Captain, 43 comrades were promoted to Senior Lieutenant, and 3 comrades were promoted to Lieutenant.
