France, England and Spain lead
Representatives from Europe dominate the ranking of the most valuable teams of the 2026 World Cup, 8 of the 10 most valuable teams are from this continent. France leads the list with an estimated squad value of 1.47 billion Euros, with highly valued stars such as Mbappe (200 million Euros), Michael Olise (140 million Euros)....
He ranks second in this ranking, with a value of 1.32 billion Euros. Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham is the highest valued English player with 140 million Euros.
Spain ranked third, with a total estimated squad value of 1.27 billion Euros. Lamine Yamal and Pedri of Barcelona are the two most valuable Spanish players, with 200 million Euros and 150 million Euros respectively.
Ranked after Spain are Germany (1.01 billion Euros), Portugal (965 million Euros). Other European teams in the Top 10 most valuable teams of the 2026 World Cup are the Netherlands (763 million Euros), Norway (586 million Euros) and Belgium (558 million Euros).

Ivory Coast is the highest valued team in the African region with 517 million Euros. Behind them are Senegal (464.3 million Euros), Ghana (293.7 million Euros).
The US team - the host of the 2026 World Cup is the highest ranked team in the CONCACAF region. The squad value of the US team is estimated at 356.7 million Euros, helping them stand above the Canadian team (129.5 million Euros) and Mexico (85.6 million Euros).
In Asia, Japan ranks first. The market value of the Japanese national team is estimated at 265.5 million Euros, this number is larger than the total value of the two next ranked teams at AFC combined. That is the Korean national team, with a squad value of 143 million Euros, and Uzbekistan with an estimated squad value of 79 million Euros.

The most expensive starting lineup of the World Cup includes many players from LaLiga, especially those who participated in the El Clasico match between Real Madrid and Barcelona. Mbappe and Lamine Yamal both lead the list of the most expensive players in the tournament, each valued at 200 million Euros, while Vinicius and Pedri compete for the top spot with the same price of 140 million Euros. Curaçao (27.8 million euros), Qatar (20.5 million euros), Iraq (19.2 million euros) and Jordan (18.2 million euros) are the four teams with the lowest market value. The total value of these national teams (85.7 million euros) is even lower than the personal market value of some stars such as Pedri or Saliba.
