At the ceremony, the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the Decision of the Provincial Police Director on the transfer of 39 comrades who are leaders of the Department under Hau Giang Provincial Police, including 7 comrades who are Department Heads and equivalent.

The comrades assigned to the new assignment include: Colonel Dang Thanh Giang - Head of the Department of Investigation Police on Corruption, Economic Crimes, Smuggling, and Environment, holding the position of Head of the Department of Police on Enforcement of Criminal Judgments and Judicial Support; Lieutenant Colonel Le Van Hue - Head of Vi Thanh City Police, holding the position of Head of the Department of Investigation Police on Corruption, Economic Crimes, Smuggling, and Environment; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thanh Tuan - Head of Phung Hiep District Police, holding the position of Head of the Department of Foreign Security; Lieutenant Colonel Le Van Quan - Head of Long My District Police, holding the position of Head of the Department of Internal Political Security; Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Van Be Sau - Head of Vu Thi District Police, holding the position of Director of the Provincial Police Department; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Head of the Department of Foreign Security, Head of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel Phung Chau, Head of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Head of the Department of Foreign Security.
According to Hau Giang Provincial Police, the unit has implemented 3 times to streamline the organizational apparatus, reducing 7 department-level units; 52 team-level units. However, this is only a large-scale restructuring of the apparatus, reducing 8 district-level police; 46 team-level units and nearly 600 officers and soldiers affected.
Hau Giang Provincial Police said that in the times of reorganizing the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department's apparatus, they always pay attention to political and ideological education, grasping and promptly resolving the thoughts and aspirations of officers and soldiers, so the reorganization of the apparatus is always highly consensusated.

Colonel Huynh Viet Hoa - Director of Hau Giang Provincial Police - requested leaders of units to organize meetings to discuss assigning responsibilities in the fields of work; comrades were mobilized, quickly approached the work, and immediately put into operation, without interrupting the implementation of tasks of ensuring security and order in the area.
Colonel Huynh Viet Hoa stated that the leaders of the units proactively advised the Standing Committee and the Provincial Police Department to direct professional teams to strengthen inspection and guidance for the Commune-level Police to effectively implement all aspects of professional work, ensuring synchronization and unity.
The Director of the Provincial Police also assigned leaders of units to review and count all 75 communes, wards and towns in the province with any problems that need to be focused on leading to propose the assignment of appropriate professional units in charge, ensuring the Commune-level Police operate effectively and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
