Permanent Vice Chairman of Phu Yen Provincial People's Council requests early retirement
According to Lao Dong, Mr. Le Thanh Dong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Yen province - has applied for early retirement (from May 1).
Ms. Ka So Chieu - Deputy Head of the Ethnic Minorities Committee of the Provincial People's Council - applied for early retirement (from September 1) according to policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in implementing the organizational arrangement.
According to the Department of Home Affairs of Phu Yen province, up to now, the whole province has 243 cases of early retirement. Of which, the province has decided to retire 14 cases.
Chief of Office of Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee retires early
On the morning of April 30, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Le Tuan Phu - Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province - said that he had received an early retirement decision, and would start retiring from May 1. Previously, Mr. Phu had submitted an application for early retirement.
In the same period, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tuan - Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province - also voluntarily retired early to serve the merger of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces and reorganize the apparatus.

Handing over the decision to retire early to the Deputy Director of the Long An Department of Justice
On April 29, the People's Committee of Long An province organized the announcement of the decision on personnel work.
According to the decision of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Justice Nguyen Van Lam is allowed to retire early from May 1, 2025, enjoying the early retirement policy according to Decree 178 of the Government.
On the same day, a conference was held to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work.
Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh - Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of Long An Provincial Party Committee - is allowed to retire early from May 1, 2025.
Many leaders of departments and districts in Thanh Hoa receive decisions to retire early
On April 28, information from the Office of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Do Minh Tuan - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - signed decisions on early retirement for many leaders and former leaders of departments and some localities in this province.
According to this decision, leaders and former leaders of departments, People's Councils and People's Committees of some localities will retire early according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government, amended and supplemented by Decree 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025.
Cases of early retirement include:
Mr. Le Trong Han - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.
Mr. Le Ngoc Thanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.
Mr. Bui Dinh Son - former Director of the Department of Justice.
Mr. Le Huu Vien - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung - former Deputy Director of the Department of Transport (now the Department of Construction).
Mr. Vu Duc Kinh - former Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment (now the Department of Finance).
Mr. Le Xuan Thanh - former Vice Chairman of Yen Dinh District People's Committee.
Mr. Hoang Dinh Chung - former Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Quan Hoa district.
The above individuals will retire on 1.5 and 1.7.2025, receiving pensions through bank accounts.
Director of Da Nang Department of Culture and Sports retires early
On April 26, at the thematic session of the Da Nang City People's Council, delegates voted in favor and approved the proposal to dismiss Mr. Pham Tan Xu - Director of the Department of Culture and Sports from the position of Member of the City People's Committee.
Mr. Pham Tan Xu was approved by the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee to retire early according to Decree 178 and Decree 67 of the Government. The retirement period is from May 1.
