The Ministry of National Defense is seeking opinions from the people and officers and soldiers of the groups that have been proposed to be awarded Medals by Party committees, commanders of agencies and focal units under the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense.
This is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.
Accordingly, the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army was proposed to be awarded the Gold Star Order. At the same time, the Military Command of Quang Nam province (Military Region 5) was proposed to be awarded the First Class Military Exploit Order.
Also during this consultation, Viettel Telecom Corporation and the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group were proposed to be awarded the First Class Labor Medal.
There are 2 collectives proposed to be awarded the Second Class Labor Medal: Tay Nam Production - Trade - Import Export Company Limited, Military Region 7; Viettel Consulting and Services Joint Stock Company, Military Industry - Telecommunications Group.
There is one collective proposed to be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal, which is the Appraisal Center - Branch, Dong Bac Corporation.
