1 War Invalids Nursing Center proposed for Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit

A War Invalids Nursing Center is being consulted by the Ministry of Home Affairs to consider awarding the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit.

The Ministry of Home Affairs is conducting public opinion collection on the case of submitting for consideration the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit for collectives and individuals of Kim Bang War Invalids Nursing Center, Department of People with Meritorious Services for their outstanding achievements in caring for, nurturing and treating seriously wounded soldiers, sick soldiers and relatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the unit's establishment (March 19, 1976 - March 19, 2026).

Previously, the Department of People with Meritorious Services had Official Dispatch No. 33/TTr-CNCC dated February 27, 2026 on proposing commendation on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Kim Bang War Invalids Nursing Center (March 19, 1976 - March 19, 2026).

Accordingly, the Department of People with Meritorious Services proposes that the Emulation and Commendation Council of the Ministry consider and submit to the leaders of the Ministry of Home Affairs, and submit to the Prime Minister for commendation for collectives and individuals of Kim Bang War Invalids Nursing Center, Department of People with Meritorious Services on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the unit's establishment (March 19, 1976 - March 19, 2026), including:

1. Awarding Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister to the collective of Kim Bang War Invalids Nursing Center according to the standards specified in point a, clause 4, Article 73 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation in 2022.

2. Rewarding Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Home Affairs to 3 collectives and 15 individuals who have made many outstanding achievements and contributed to the development of Kim Bang War Invalids Nursing Center according to the standards specified in point d, clause 1 and point d, clause 2, Article 7 of Circular No. 20/2025/TT-BNV.

Implementing Decision No. 649/QD-BNV dated September 13, 2024 of the Ministry of Home Affairs on promulgating the Regulation on emulation and commendation of the Ministry of Home Affairs, this agency proceeds to collect people's opinions according to regulations for cases of considering Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister for collectives and individuals mentioned above.

The Ministry of Home Affairs said that comments should be sent to the Information Technology Center, address No. 8 Ton That Thuyet - Cau Giay ward - Hanoi.
