Information from the Ministry of Home Affairs on October 22 said that, based on Clause 1, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Central Emulation and Commendation Committee conducted public consultation on individuals proposed to be awarded the title "National Emulation Fighter".
To have a basis before reporting to the Standing Committee of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, the Central Emulation and Reward Council issued Official Dispatch No. 1787/BTDKT-P.I requesting to collect public opinions within 10 working days for 2 individuals:
1. Mr. Lam Van Bi, Vice Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee;
2. Mr. Le Van Su, Vice Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that people's opinions on awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter" should be sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs Information Center, address: No. 8 Ton That Thuyet Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi or the Central Emulation and Reward Board, address: No. 103 Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
