On May 14, Dong Nai City Police informed that the unit had just held a ceremony to announce the decision to promote ranks from Senior Colonel to Colonel for 3 heads of departments under the City Police.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Ministry of Public Security, Dong Nai City Police announced the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on promoting the rank from Senior Colonel to Colonel for Mr. Nguyen Tho Bai - Head of the Fire and Rescue Police Department; Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh - Head of the Economic Police Department and Mr. Phan Van Dan - Head of the Dossier Department.
Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Duc Hai - Director of Dong Nai City Police congratulated the 3 comrades who were promoted to the rank of colonel; and affirmed that this is the recognition of the Party, State, and Ministry of Public Security for the process of training, striving, contributing and the contributions of the comrades in ensuring security and order.
The Director of Dong Nai City Police requested the comrades who were promoted to ranks to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility and qualities of People's Police officers, uphold the exemplary role of the head; focus on leading and directing the unit to excellently complete the assigned tasks, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety in Dong Nai city.
