According to the Northern Flight Management Company, this is the information stated at the Joint Stock Conference on ensuring flight safety between the 371st Air Division, the 918th Air Force Brigade and the Northern Flight Management Company to coordinate the implementation of training, consultation, pre-approvarance, general approval and flight activities to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
The conference took place under the chairmanship of the Head of the 371st Air Division with the participation of leaders and commanders of agencies and units under the 371st Division, representatives of the 918th Brigade and the Northern Air Traffic Management Company. The conference was attended by representatives of the Air Traffic Management Board, the Aviation NewsNotification Center and the Air Traffic Management Center.
According to the Northern Air Traffic Management Company, at the Conference, Division 371 presented the Training, Rehabilitation, Pre-arrangement, and General Approval Flight Plan (including 9 flight groups with 30 aircraft including: helicopter, C295, C212i, IAK-130, L-39NG, Su30MK2; using 3 take-off and landing airports: Hoa Lac, Gia Lam and Kep). The captain of Division 371 assessed this as the largest and most complex flight operation ever.
After listening to the plan, the units analyzed each flight plan and assessed the impact of each flight on the flight operations to/from Noi Bai airport. In the spirit of close cooperation and high responsibility, the two sides agreed on the principles of the cooperation plan, command and operation of flights of the Military and Civil Aviation, ensuring absolute flight safety, implementing the A80 plan and limiting the impact on civil aviation activities in the Noi Bai airport area (especially international private flights).
The agencies also agreed to establish a direct coordination mechanism between military flight commanders and civil aviation mixed-use duty teams at the Noi Bai Air Traffic Control Station cabin to ensure rapid, timely and accurate coordination.
At the end of the Conference, the 371st Air Division and the Northern Air Traffic Management Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding to ensure flight safety. This document not only affirms the determination to ensure absolute safety for civil and military aviation flights during the A80 flight activities but also demonstrates the high sense of responsibility of the units in coordinating the successful organization of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
Before the official Conference, the advisory agencies of the units held many meetings to prepare and work directly to develop coordination plans to ensure common flight safety between Civil and Military Aviation.
The pre-station meetings outlined flights, principles of coordination, and flight management plans for Civil Aviation during the implementation of training, consultation, preliminary approval, general approval and welcome flights on the principle of ensuring flight safety, meeting the A80 flight plan and limiting the impact on civil aviation flights to and from Noi Bai airport, especially international flights.
