The Ministry of Health shall preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries, agencies and localities to ensure medical work during the celebration activities.

Direct and guide the implementation of activities to ensure disease prevention, control, environmental sanitation, and food safety; be ready to deploy response forces when epidemics occur; regularly direct and guide environmental sanitation; check drinking water, raw materials, and food used at all locations where commemorative activities take place.

Mobilize medical facilities, arrange and assign a reasonable force of medical staff and employees to organize emergency teams throughout the time and at all locations where the commemorative activities take place; ensure enough medicine, supplies, equipment, and ambulances.

Direct a number of medical examination and treatment facilities to prepare hospital beds for situations, especially during the Anniversary Ceremony, parade, parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
