Among them, 8 comrades were promoted to ranks 1 year ahead of schedule due to outstanding achievements, and 663 comrades were promoted to ranks and increased salaries according to the term.
12 comrades were promoted from lieutenant colonel to lieutenant colonel, 100 comrades from major to lieutenant colonel, 154 comrades from captain to major; the remaining cases were given salary increases and rank promotions for lieutenants, non-commissioned officers and technical expertise according to regulations.
