On the morning of February 25, Binh Thuan Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce and hand over retirement decisions to 23 leaders at the department and district levels.
Among them are 10 department heads, 7 deputy department heads and 6 deputy district-level police heads. Regarding the rank, the above 23 officers include 9 colonels and 14 lieutenant colonels. The above officers have voluntarily written applications for early retirement to facilitate the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus in the Provincial Police.

At the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Huong - Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decisions of the Director of Binh Thuan Provincial Police on retirement and pension benefits for these 23 officers.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Le Quang Nhan, Director of the Provincial Police Department, emphasized that the volunteer and early retirement of the above officers not only demonstrates the courage, sense of responsibility, exemplary leadership in implementing the policies of the Party and the Ministry of Public Security, but also the great sacrifice and contribution of comrades in the revolution of streamlining the apparatus of the Party, State and the Public Security sector.
At the same time, Colonel Le Quang Nhan, Director of the Provincial Police and Colonel Tran Van Muoi, Deputy Director of the Binh Thuan Provincial Police presented decisions and flowers to 23 leaders at the department and district levels who retired early.

In recent times, the implementation of the Project on organizing and rearranging the apparatus in a streamlined and efficient manner has been seriously, publicly and transparently implemented by Binh Thuan Provincial Police, creating high consensus in the entire Binh Thuan Provincial Police force. Plans for arranging and assigning cadres are developed according to the policy of streamlining the apparatus; at the same time, creating opportunities for young cadres with capacity to be appointed, promote their capacity, and actively contribute to ensuring security and order in the area.
