Third, develop the marine economy to the West Sea with the leadership of Phu Quoc - Rach Gia - Ha Tien.
Promote the development of five key driving regions including Rach Gia (political - administrative center, comprehensive economy, industrial economy, marine economy); Phu Quoc (Developing Phu Quoc special zone into an international tourism and trade center, including free trade zones); Long Xuyen (Dynamic comprehensive economic sector, with outstanding strengths being processing industry and high-tech agriculture); Chau Doc (Border tourism and economic center); Ha Tien (Borderline marine - tourism - trade center).
