Attending the An Giang Provincial Party Congress were 448 official delegates representing 131,487 Party members in the Provincial Party Committee; including 65 natural delegates and 383 appointed delegates from 107 delegation delegations of Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee.

Personnel section: Report on the personnel work of the Congress and announce the decisions of the Politburo and the Central Secretariat on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; appoint the Inspection Committee, Chairman, Deputy Chairmen of the Inspection Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; appoint delegates of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.
