The Conference agreed on the personnel plan of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Inspection Committee and the expected assignment of the Member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee as proposed by the Standing Committee of Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee and Ca Mau Provincial Standing Committee.
According to the proposal, the Provincial Party Executive Committee has 79 comrades; In particular, 58 comrades guarantee the age of re -election for the term 2025 - 2030 (Bac Lieu 26, Ca Mau 32). The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has 29 comrades; In which, 22 comrades guarantee the age of re -election. Key titles (Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Chairman of People's Council, Chairman of People's Committee, Head of National Assembly Delegation and Alternate Commissioners of the Party Central Committee are members of the Provincial Standing Committee), considered and decided by the Politburo, the Secretariat according to their competence. Member of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee has 15 comrades.
Agree on the proposed assignment of members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Inspection Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee (merging Bac Lieu province and Ca Mau province).
The conference also agreed to propose the Politburo, the Central Party Secretariat, and the Central Organizing Committee to consider and allow the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to combine the arrangement and appointment of leadership and management positions in conjunction with the provincial-level personnel plan to terminate district-level activities and reorganize commune-level.
The number of members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee after the consolidation is higher than 1/3 of the number of executive committee members; At the same time, the proportion of female cadres and young cadres after consolidation is not guaranteed. Therefore, the proposal to consider allowing the addition of the number of provincial Party Executive Committee members for the term 2025 - 2030 to facilitate the addition of female cadres and young cadres to the provincial Party Executive Committee in necessary places; At the same time, ensuring the number of members of the Provincial Standing Committee is not higher than 1/3 of the number of executive committee members.
