In Bac Ninh, preparations for the election day are being carried out urgently and seriously, ensuring progress and order.
Exciting preparation atmosphere at the grassroots level
Bac Ninh province has more than 2.4 million voters. With the characteristics of an industrial area, with a large number of migrant workers, the review and updating of voter lists is being continuously carried out by localities, ensuring the voting rights of all citizens.
At this time, election preparations are being deployed synchronously.
According to records, in Nhan Hoa ward, the locality has established 16 polling areas for the election of ward People's Council deputies for the 2026-2031 term at the Cultural House of 16 residential groups in the area.
The Ward Election Committee completed the compilation of voter lists; announced and posted the lists and biographies of candidates for National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels in 16 polling areas in accordance with regulations; and issued voter cards, ballots, stationery and publications to 16 residential groups to carry out election work according to regulations.
Along with that, the Ward Election Committee has organized a review of all voting areas; all voting areas ensure good conditions to serve the election work.

In Bac Giang ward, the locality with the largest number of voters in the province with nearly 85,000 voters, preparation work is being implemented with a large volume of work.
During the inspection of polling areas, ward leaders directly reviewed the arrangement of ballot boxes, polling areas and voter movement routes. In parallel with that, many forms of propaganda were deployed. From billboards, banners, information boards to disseminating election information through online groups and local social networks, from there, all voters clearly understand the time, location and rights and obligations of themselves on election day.
In Tu Son ward, on March 6, the Ward Election Committee organized training on the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.
Through training, it helps delegates understand the importance of the election and the role, functions, and tasks of members of the Steering Committee, Election Committee, Sub-Committee, members of the Election Boards, Election Teams, the contents to be implemented on election day, especially guiding voters to correctly implement the election process, minimizing errors.
Thereby, contributing to thorough preparation for the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term in the ward.
Ready for the big festival
Mr. Mai Son, Standing Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial Election Commission, said that so far, the province has established 6 National Assembly Deputy Election Boards, 18 Provincial People's Council Deputy Election Boards, 689 Commune-level People's Council Deputy Election Boards and 2,765 Election Teams.
At the same time, the province consolidated 4 assisting sub-committees including: Propaganda Sub-committee; Security and Order Sub-committee; Complaint and Denunciation Resolution Sub-committee and Assisting Sub-committee.
After the third consultation conference, Bac Ninh province has compiled a list of 28 candidates for National Assembly deputies to elect 16 deputies; 137 candidates for Provincial People's Council deputies to elect 85 deputies; 3,692 candidates for Commune-level People's Council deputies to elect 2,234 deputies. As of February 28, the whole province has more than 2.4 million eligible voters participating in the election.

Propaganda work is implemented in many diverse forms, contributing to raising awareness of cadres, party members and people about the meaning and importance of the election.
Security and order assurance work was implemented closely, not allowing hot spots and complexities to arise affecting the election.
