Chairman of the National Assembly of the Lao People's Democratic Republic Saysomphone Phomvihane expressed his pleasure when comrade Tran Thanh Man was elected as Chairman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, affirming that comrade Tran Thanh Man's continued election as Chairman of the National Assembly shows the trust and high appreciation of the Party, State and People of Vietnam for him.
National Assembly Chairman Saysomphone Phomvihane believes that with his rich capacity and experience, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man will lead the Vietnamese National Assembly to effectively perform the functions, tasks and powers of the legislative body, thereby making important contributions to the cause of building and developing an increasingly powerful Vietnam, while enhancing Vietnam's prestige and position in the regional and international arena.
Comrade Saysomphone Phomvihane wished to continue to cooperate closely with Comrade Tran Thanh Man and the National Assembly of Vietnam to consolidate and promote the great friendship, special solidarity, comprehensive cooperation and strategic linkage between the two Parties, two States and people of Laos - Vietnam; at the same time, emphasized the expectation that the relationship between the National Assemblies of the two countries will increasingly develop in depth and bear fruit.
Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China Zhao Leji congratulated comrade Chen Qingmin on being elected by the National Assembly as Chairman of the National Assembly; emphasized that China and Vietnam are two friendly socialist neighboring countries, mountains connected to mountains, rivers connected to rivers; assessed that in recent years, bilateral relations have continued to develop deeply, especially the increasingly close cooperation and exchange between the National People's Congress of China and the National Assembly of Vietnam. Chairman Zhao Leji affirmed his willingness to work with National Assembly Chairman Chen Qingmin to implement the common strategic awareness of senior leaders of the two Parties and the two countries; strengthen cooperation between the two legislative bodies, contribute to building the socialist legal system of each country and promote the building of a China-Vietnam Community of Shared Future with strategic significance.
National Assembly Chairman of the Kingdom of Cambodia Khuon Sudary congratulated National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man on continuing to be elected as Chairman of the 16th National Assembly, expressing his belief that, under the excellent leadership of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, the Vietnamese National Assembly will achieve many new achievements, laying a solid foundation for the goal of making Vietnam a high-income country by 2045.
National Assembly Chairman Khuon Sudary also expressed his desire to continue to cooperate closely with National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man to further cultivate good neighborly relations, traditional friendship, comprehensive and long-term sustainable cooperation between the two countries, promoting human-centered cooperation, for the common interests of the two countries and people.
