Mr. Ho Thanh Thuy, born in 1975, hometown Chau Hung town, Vinh Loi district, Bac Lieu province, formerly Vinh Loi commune, Ca Mau province; Master's degree in Party building and State government.

After merging Bac Lieu and Ca Mau provinces into the new Ca Mau province from July 1, 2025, Mr. Ho Thanh Thuy holds the position of Head of the Organization Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee.
