Mr. Bui Dinh Trung (former Director of the Radio - Television Station), La Van Huyen (Deputy Director of the Station) and two current Deputy editors-in-Chief Hoang Van Trong and Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc were all appointed to the position of Deputy editors-in-Chief.
Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of the two press agencies in recent years. The consolidation is to implement the central policy of streamlining the apparatus, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of operation.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested Cao Bang Newspaper to continue to comprehensively innovate, promote the role of a multimedia media agency, improve the quality of propaganda, and contribute to creating consensus in society.

It is known that the organizational apparatus of Cao Bang Newspaper after the merger will include 122 positions and 6 labor contracts, organizing 8 professional departments.
The merger of the two agencies will help reduce 5 departments, streamline the payroll by 22%, and reduce funding by about 20% per year.
