On May 19, the People's Committee of Cao Bang province held a conference on the arrangement, arrangement and handling of public assets after the arrangement of administrative units, chaired by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Bich Ngoc.
At the meeting, the Department of Finance reported that Cao Bang province currently has 385 working headquarters, of which 148 facilities continue to be used, 190 have changed their purpose, 47 headquarters and real estate no longer need to be used; 189 cars (171 vehicles are in accordance with the quota), nearly 31,000 pieces of machinery and thousands of other infrastructure assets.

The handling of assets is carried out simultaneously with the process of arranging administrative units, prioritizing effective and economical use, and can change functions if necessary.
Delegates discussed the plan to use headquarters, cars, machinery, infrastructure assets, roadmap for handling surplus facilities, allocating funds for renovation and public housing for cadres after the merger.
Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Bich Ngoc requested to speed up the arrangement of headquarters, handover of assets, liquidation of expired vehicles, keeping pickup trucks for central communes, arranging reasonable equipment, reviewing budget norms and reallocating infrastructure works to ensure suitability with the new situation.
