On the afternoon of February 28, the People's Council of Lam Dong province, term X, 2021 - 2026, held its 23rd session to review and decide on a number of important contents under its authority.
The session was chaired by Ms. Pham Thi Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and 2 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. K'Mak and Mr. Da Cat Vinh.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Tran Hong Thai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of departments, branches, units and delegates of the Provincial People's Council.
The session elected Mr. Dinh Van Tuan - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Di Linh District for the 10th term as Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee with 100% of delegates in agreement.
Mr. Dinh Van Tuan, born in 1975, hometown of Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province, has a Master's degree in Economics and a high level of political theory.
Before being elected as Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, from August 2020 to present, Mr. Dinh Van Tuan has held the position of Secretary of Di Linh District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
Previously, on February 18, the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council held its 22nd session, discussed a number of personnel issues and unanimously approved the resolution to dismiss Mr. Pham S from the position of Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee.
The session also elected additional members of the Provincial People's Committee, term X, 2021 - 2026, for Ms. Huynh Thi Phuong Duyen - Director of the Department of Health and Mr. Pham Kim Quang - Director of the Department of Education and Training.
