On the afternoon of March 5, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuy Nguyen City held a meeting of members of the City Fatherland Front Committee, for the third term 2024 - 2029, to elect the Chairman of the Thuy Nguyen City Fatherland Front Committee.
At the Conference, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuy Nguyen City approved the proposal on the consultation to elect additional members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city and appoint him to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, term 17, 2024 - 2029.
As a result, Mr. Le Nam Thang, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, former Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, was unanimously elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuy Nguyen City for the 17th term 2024 - 2029.
Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thuy Nguyen City Nguyen Thanh Lung quickly informed about the results of the reorganization of the city's political apparatus in recent times. At the same time, he hoped that, with his new position and new responsibilities, the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city would ensure his leadership and direction in managing the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city to continue implementing working tasks and promptly meeting political tasks in the new situation.
Mr. Le Nam Thang, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, said that in his new position, he will work with the Standing Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city to continue to organize and effectively implement the tasks of the Front, contributing to promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, building and promoting the great national unity bloc.
