Speaking at the Conference Conclusion, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ben Tre Ho Thi Hoang Yen said that the arrangement of commune -level administrative units in order to create favorable conditions for socio -economic development, improve the material and spiritual life of the people and facilitate the state management of the locality.
Ben Tre Provincial Party Committee Secretary Ho Thi Hoang Yen proposed the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Party Committee to direct agencies to coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs of Ben Tre Province to organize the people's opinion on the content of arranging administrative units at the provincial and commune levels, completed at the latest on April 17. Directing the organization of the People's Council meeting before April 19, organizing a district -level People's Council meeting before April 22 to approve the policy of arranging the commune -level administrative units and reporting to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee, so that on April 26, the provincial People's Council will approve the project of arranging administrative units at the provincial and commune levels.
The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to coordinate with the Party Committees, agencies and relevant units to advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in the formulation of the project to merge the provincial administrative unit as prescribed. At the same time, researching and advising and developing plans to arrange and arrange cadres and civil servants at the provincial, district and commune levels to go into operation smoothly starting from 1.7.
