Voting for 15 members of the Presidium of the Nghe An Provincial Party Congress

On the afternoon of October 1, at the Provincial Labor Culture House, the 20th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, held a spring training session with the participation of 500 delegates, representing more than 200,000 party members in the entire Party Committee.

Attending, monitoring and directing the Congress were representatives of the Propaganda Department, the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, and the Central Inspection Committee. Attending the advisory session were comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and comrades in the Standing Committee, leaders of agencies and units.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress has the theme: "Building a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; comprehensive innovation, breakthrough development, striving to turn Nghe An into a fairly good, extremely growth province at the national level in the new era of development".

In his opening speech, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung emphasized that the holding session focused on the following contents: electing the Presidium, Secretariat and the Delegation to review the status of delegates; discussing and agreeing on the program, rules and regulations of the Congress; disseminating the Election Regulations within the Party; discussing and giving comments on the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress. He suggested that the delegates uphold their sense of responsibility, focus their intelligence, and complete the program well.

At the working session, the Congress voted to approve the Presidium consisting of 15 comrades, the Secretariat of 3 comrades, and the Delegation Inspection Committee of 7 comrades.

The delegates also approved the working program, internal rules and regulations of the Congress; disseminated and thoroughly grasped the election regulations within the Party; discussed and commented on the draft Political Report of the 14th National Party Congress and important summary reports.
