On June 29, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee informed about the adjustment of a number of contents related to the Ceremony to announce resolutions and decisions of the Central and local governments on merging administrative units, establishing party organizations and appointing leadership positions at the provincial and commune levels.
According to the plan, the provincial-level bridge will take place at 8:00 a.m. on June 30 at the large hall of the Binh Dinh Provincial Convention Center (No. 1 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Quy Nhon City).
At the ceremony, resolutions and decisions will be announced, including: Resolution of the National Assembly on the establishment of a new province on the basis of merger; Resolution of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee on the termination of district-level activities, establishment of communes and wards in the new province; Decision of the Politburo on the establishment of a new Provincial Party Committee, appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The ceremony will announce the central resolution and decision on the merger of provinces and communes, including: Resolution of the National Assembly on the establishment of provinces; Resolution of the National Assembly, National Assembly Standing Committee on ending district-level activities, establishing communes and wards under provinces; Decision of the Politburo on the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee; Decision of the Politburo on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
The decision of the Secretariat appoints the Inspection Committee, the Head and Deputy Heads of the Provincial Inspection Committee. Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on appointing Chairman and Vice Chairman of the People's Council; Heads of Provincial People's Council Committees; Heads of Delegations, Deputy Heads of Provincial National Assembly Delegations.
Decision of the Prime Minister on appointing the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee; Decision of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to establish the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
The ceremony also announced the resolutions and decisions of the province on the merger at the commune level, including: Decision of the District Party Committee Executive Committee on the termination of the activities of the Commune Party Committee (old); Decision of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee on the termination of the activities of the District Party Committee (old); Decision of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee on the establishment of Party Committees of communes and wards.
Decision to appoint personnel for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary; Decision to appoint the Inspection Committee, Head of the Inspection Committee; Decision to appoint Chairman, Vice Chairman, Head of the People's Council; Decision to appoint Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune and ward; Decision of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level; Handing over decisions and launching the Party Committee of the province, commune and ward.
At the online bridge, the ceremony was held simultaneously in 135 communes and wards of the new Gia Lai province. Of which, 77 communes and wards are currently in Gia Lai province, organized by the Standing Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee (old) and 58 communes and wards are currently in Binh Dinh province.
Previously, on June 28, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee - directly inspected the preparation work to organize the Ceremony to announce the resolutions and decisions of the Central and the province on merging administrative units in localities.
He emphasized that the operation of public administrative service centers at the commune level must be smooth and smooth, without interruption in the transition period, especially from the time of officially implementing the two-level government model from July 1. This is an important factor to strengthen the trust of people and organizations in the government apparatus after the reorganization.
