At the conference, the provincial leaders handed over the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Le Hong Thong - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission to cease holding the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission for the 2020-2025 term. Appointed Mr. Le Hong Thong to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ben Cat City Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Ben Cat City Party Committee.
Assign Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - President of the Provincial Labor Federation to stop holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, President of the Binh Duong Provincial Labor Federation. Assign Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, introduce her to be elected as a member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
Transfer Mr. Pham Trong Nhan - Director of the Department of Planning and Investment to work at the Provincial Federation of Labor, appoint him to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2023-2028 term and introduce him as a candidate for the position of Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
The conference handed over the decisions on transfer and appointment from January 1, 2025: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Toan - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade to hold the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Mr. Ha Van Ut - Director of the Department of Finance to hold the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Mr. Nguyen Vinh Toan - Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Van - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
Handing over the Decision on transfer and nomination of candidates: Ms. Nguyen Thanh Loan - Chief of Office of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee ceased to participate in the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2020-2025 term and introduced her to hold the position of Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union; Mr. Ho Phuong Nam - Chairman of the Ben Cat City Party Committee's Inspection Committee came to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and introduced her to participate in the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Decision to transfer Mr. Bui Duc Trung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee to cease being a member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ben Cat City Party Committee and introduce him to be elected as Chairman of the Ben Cat City Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Handing over the decision approving the election results of Deputy Secretary of Ben Cat City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term for Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen Loan; approving Mr. Vo Chi Thanh - Vice Chairman of Thu Dau Mot City People's Committee to join the Standing Committee of Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee; approving Mr. Tran Ngoc Cuong - Vice Chairman of Ben Cat City People's Committee to join the Standing Committee of Ben Cat City Party Committee.
Awarding the Decision approving the election results of Vice Chairman of Bau Bang District People's Committee for Mr. Nguyen Huu Luan and the election results of Vice Chairman of Thu Dau Mot City People's Committee for Mr. Tran Phong Luu.
Also at the conference, the provincial leaders presented retirement decisions from January 1, 2025 to Mr. Tran Duc Thinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Head of the Provincial Religious Committee and Mr. Nguyen Van Thuong - Vice Chairman of Bau Bang District People's Committee.
