Reorganize 4 Construction Investment Project Management Boards (including Phu Giao, Dau Tieng, Bac Tan Uyen, Bau Bang) into units under the Binh Duong Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to continue the task.

For Land Fund Development Centers, Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee reorganizes the Provincial Land Fund Development Center into a public service unit under the Provincial People's Committee.
