On October 28, the Military Command of Hoa Binh province held a conference to hand over the position of Commander of the Provincial Military Command. Major General Nguyen Quang Ngoc, Commander of Military Region 3, and Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long co-chaired the conference.
According to Decision No. 368 of the Minister of National Defence, Colonel Dinh Dinh Truong, Commander of the Military Command of Hoa Binh province, holds the position of Deputy Chief of Military Region 3; Colonel Trinh Duc Thiem, Deputy Commander and Chief of Military Command of Ha Nam province, holds the position of Commander of the Military Command of Hoa Binh province.
In the presence of the Chief of Military Region 3 Command and provincial leaders, Colonel Dinh Dinh Truong handed over the task of Commander of the Military Command of Hoa Binh province to Colonel Trinh Duc Thiem on the following aspects: Advice, politics, logistics, engineering, finance; the work completed up to this point in 2024 and the key tasks that need to continue to be carried out in the coming time.
On behalf of the Military Region 3 Command, Major General Nguyen Quang Ngoc, Commander of the Military Region, congratulated the comrades who were appointed and transferred to new positions by the Ministry of National Defence.
At the same time, it affirmed that this is the recognition of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee, the Ministry of National Defence, the Party Committee Standing Committee, the Military Region 3 Command and local Party committees and authorities for the contributions of comrades in the process of performing tasks at agencies and units in the past time; hoping that in the new position, comrades will promote their capacity and practical experience in the working process.
