Lieutenant colonel Tran Cong Mao - Deputy Political Commissar of Hong Linh Town Military Command holds the position of Political Commissar of Hong Linh Town Military Command;

Major Duong Dang Anh - Deputy Political Commissar of Ky Anh District Military Command holds the position of Political Commissar of Vu Quang District Military Command;

Major Nguyen Dinh Hoan - Vice Chairman of Political Regiment 841 holds the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Command of Ky Anh district;

Lieutenant colonel Nguyen Le Thang - Political Commissar of Vu Quang District Military Command holds the position of Political Commissar of Ky Anh Town Military Command.

Handing over the position of Deputy Commander of the Military Command of My Tho City

On September 18, the Military Command of My Tho City (Tien Giang) held a conference to hand over the position of Deputy Commander and Chief of Advice for the Military Command of My Tho City between Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Kiet (the person handing over) and Major Huynh Minh Mung (the person receiving the handover).

Major Huynh Minh Mung - Deputy Head of Military Department, Advice Department, Tien Giang Provincial Military Command was appointed by the Commander of Military Region 9 to hold the position of Deputy Commander and Advice Head of My Tho City Military Command.

On September 16, the Military Command of Thuan Thanh town (Bac Ninh) held a conference to hand over the position of Commander of the Town Military Command.

Pursuant to the decision of the Military Region 1 Command, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Thu, Commander of the Thuan Thanh Town Military Command, was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of the Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command.
