General Secretary and President To Lam signed and issued Decision No. 178-QD/TW dated May 26, 2026 of the Politburo on consolidating the Central Steering Committee for Vietnamese Cultural Development.
According to Decision No. 178-QD/TW, the Politburo decided to consolidate the Central Steering Committee for Vietnamese Cultural Development, including the following personnel:

Comrade Le Minh Hung, Member of the Politburo, Prime Minister, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee.
Comrade Tran Thanh Man, Member of the Politburo, National Assembly Chairman, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee.
Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
