    Major General Dang Hong Duc - Member of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security - was appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Public Security.

    Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 18/QD-TTg dated January 3, 2025 appointing Major General Dang Hong Duc - Member of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Public Security - to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Public Security.

    The decision takes effect from January 3, 2025.

    Major General Dang Hong Duc was born in 1977; his hometown is Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province. Major General Dang Hong Duc has held the following positions: Director of Yen Bai Provincial Police; Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security.
