Ministry of Public Security proposes to award the title of hero to 6 collectives

    The Criminal Police Department of Hanoi City Police, Hai Phong City Police and 4 collectives have just been consulted by the Ministry of Public Security to be awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces.

    On March 13, the Ministry of Public Security organized a public opinion poll on considering the conferment of the title "Hero of the People's Armed Forces" to the following collectives:

    Criminal Police Department, Bac Ninh Provincial Police;

    Criminal Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police;

    Criminal Police Department, Ho Chi Minh City Police;

    Scene examination team, Criminal Technical Department, Ho Chi Minh City Police;

    Criminal Police Department, Hanoi City Police;

    Hai Phong City Police.

    Regarding the above opinion collection, the Ministry of Public Security is based on Article 44 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government stipulating decentralization and delegation of power in the field of emulation and commendation; detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.
