On September 3, the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with Cao Bang province to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Soc Ha Kindergarten, Truong Ha commune. Attending the ceremony were Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung, member of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security; leaders of Cao Bang province and representatives of departments, branches, localities and construction units.
Soc Ha Kindergarten is currently degraded, lacking classrooms, functional rooms, and playgrounds, affecting child care and education. The whole school is taking care of about 160 children, expected to increase to 200 children in the next school year, with 18 staff and teachers.
The new project is sponsored by the Ministry of Public Security with a total cost of about 20 billion VND, with a scale of 8 main classrooms, 2 professional classrooms, a headquarters, a collective kitchen, an outdoor playground and many other functional items according to national standards.
The school was built on a land area of over 7,500 m2, constructed by Deo Ca Group, striving to be completed and put into use in early 2026, on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of Uncle Ho's return to the Fatherland for revolutionary leadership and the 65th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Cao Bang.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung - Deputy Minister of Public Security emphasized that the project not only meets the needs of learning and caring for children but also aims to build a comprehensive, safe, modern and humane educational environment.
Speaking in response, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province Le Hai Hoa affirmed that this is a vivid testament to the close affection and special attention of the People's Public Security force for the people of Cao Bang province, contributing to strengthening the trust of border residents in the Party, State and armed forces.
On this occasion, the Ministry of Public Security presented 10 gifts to policy families and meritorious people; 20 gifts to poor and near-poor households; 10 computers, 20 TVs, 5,000 books and many learning tools to the Cao Bang education sector, especially schools in border areas.
During the working trip, the working delegation of the Ministry of Public Security also visited and presented gifts to policy families, border guards and Truong Ha Commune Police, expressing their concern, sharing and responsibility to the people of the Pac Bo revolutionary base area.
