On September 3, a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security led by Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung - Deputy Minister of Public Security, visited and offered flowers and incense at the President Ho Chi Minh Temple, Pac Bo Special National Monument (Truong Ha Commune, Cao Bang).
Participating in the delegation were Mr. Le Hai Hoa, Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Ha Nhat Le - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of the Provincial Police, representatives of a number of departments, branches and Deo Ca Group.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation expressed their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of the nation, the founder and teacher of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
In the name of the Son, officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security (CAND) pledged to be absolutely loyal to the Party, State and people; continue to promote the heroic tradition, build a clean, strong and modern CAND force, maintain security and order, and protect the peaceful life of the people.
Senior General Pham The Tung has written his thoughts in the Golden Book of Commemoration, affirming that the People's Public Security Forces will continuously study, practice, and strictly implement the Sixings of Uncle Ho and the Five Orders of Honor, worthy of being the "steel shield" of the Party and the people's reliable support.
On the same day, the delegation offered incense to commemorate the Vietnam Fatherland Front Hero of Nong Van Den (Kim Dong) at Kim Dong Relic Site, Truong Ha Commune, in memory of the heroic sacrifice of the Captain of the Children's Rescue Team.
On this occasion, the working delegation visited and presented gifts to families with revolutionary contributions in Pac Bo hamlet; presented gifts to the Soc Giang Border Guard Station and Truong Ha Commune Police; and attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Soc Ha Kindergarten (Truong Ha Commune, Cao Bang).
