On the morning of August 13, at land plot No. 16, Nghiem Xuan Yem Street (Thanh Tri, Hanoi), the Department of Construction Management and Shelters, Ministry of Public Security coordinated with the Hanoi People's Committee and videocontact Group to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the housing construction project for the armed forces of the People's Public Security - Valenta Nguyen Xien.
The project has a scale of 3,500m2 with a 30-storey tower and 3 basements; including 400 modern apartments, along with amenities such as: kindergartens, gym area, green garden, community room, children's playground...
Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc - Deputy Minister of Public Security - said: Implementing the Prime Minister's direction on building social housing and housing for officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security Force (CAND) and the urgent requirement on building housing for officers and soldiers, in the past time under the direction of Minister and General Luong Tam Quang, especially the strong direction of the leaders of the Hanoi People's Committee, this project has so far met the conditions to start construction.
"Not only this project, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security's tradition, the Ministry of Public Security, together with Hanoi City, will start construction of 3 projects. Next, from now until the end of the year, there will be a number of projects that will continue to be implemented to meet the urgent need for housing for police officers and soldiers" - Deputy Minister of Public Security said.
Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc emphasized that housing development for People's Public Security officers and soldiers is typical of the impartiality, objectivity, impartiality, and purity of ministries, departments, and the Hanoi People's Committee.
All for the common goal of developing housing for People's Public Security officers and soldiers and celebrating the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security's Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025).
From now until the anniversary of August 19, 2025, the Ministry of Public Security will continue to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for 2 other social housing projects and houses for officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security force, including: Project at lot N02, No. 275 Nguyen Trai, Khuong Dinh Ward, Hanoi City and Project at lot 6.2, Le Trong Tan Street, Duong Noi Ward, Hanoi City.
