According to the decision of the Minister of Public Security, Major General, writer Pham Khai (57 years old) - Deputy Director of the Public Security Communications Department and Editor-in-Chief of the Public Security Newspaper was transferred to work and hold the position of Deputy Director of the Public Security Science, Strategy and History Department, from December 10, 2025;
Temporarily transfer and appoint Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh (54 years old) - Head of the Capital Security Special Forces Committee to work and hold the position of Deputy Director of the CAND Communications Department, from December 10, 2025.
At the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh promised to always be receptive, listen, constantly learn, try to grasp technology trends and digital transformation, in order to improve the propaganda effectiveness of the police force in the new situation.
In line with the duties of Deputy Director of the CAND Communications Department, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh was directed by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to carry out the consultation process with the authorities to appoint the position of Editor-in-Chief of the CAND Newspaper. This is also a responsibility that requires effort, creativity and high determination.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh hopes to work with the leadership and officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security Newspaper to continue building the newspaper in the direction of: Maintaining its role as one of the 6 key national press agencies, affirming its worthy position as the mouthpiece of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security.
Also last week, on December 9, Lang Son Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work in this locality.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Security decided to transfer Colonel Le Cong Anh - Head of the Department of Professional Affairs of the Ministry of Public Security to work and hold the position of Deputy Director of Lang Son Provincial Police.

On December 8, Nghe An Provincial Police also held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Long - Chief of Office of the Investigation Police Agency, to hold the position of Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Police.
