According to the decision, Colonel Le Duc Trung - Head of the trong vu Department, Criminal Police Department, Ministry of Public Security, was transferred and appointed as Deputy Director of Son La Provincial Police. Mr. Trung has many years of experience working at the Criminal Police Department, holding many different positions.
On the same day, Son La Provincial Police announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Bui Tuan Anh - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Criminal Police Department.
Currently, Son La Provincial Police has a Director, Major General Dang Trong Cuong, and 6 Deputy Directors.
Also in the week, on November 27, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Kim Duy Cuong - Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police - was appointed as Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police. Previously, Lieutenant Colonel Kim Duy Cuong had held positions such as: Deputy Chief of Thanh Hoa City Police; In December 2023, Mr. Cuong was transferred and appointed as Chief of Quan Hoa District Police (old).
After implementing the two-level local government, Lieutenant Colonel Kim Duy Cuong was transferred to the Department of Organization and Personnel, as Deputy Head of the Department and then Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.
Currently, the Board of Directors of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police includes Major General To Anh Dung - Director; Deputy Directors: Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan (from June 2025); Colonel Le Ngoc Anh (from May 2023); Colonel Trinh Van Giang (from January 2025); Colonel Tran Thai Quang Hoang (from June 2025) and Lieutenant Colonel Kim Duy Cuong.
On November 24, Cao Bang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work. At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decisions to transfer and appoint 5 officials.
Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Van Hao - Chief Inspector of the Provincial Police Department, was transferred to the position of Chief of Staff; transferred and appointed Lieutenant Colonel Ly Van Thin - Deputy Head of the Immigration Department, to hold the position of Chief Inspector of the Provincial Police Department. Three other officials were transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Department and equivalent.
In his speech, Colonel Luong Van Thiem - Deputy Director of Cao Bang Provincial Police congratulated the officers on receiving new assignments; at the same time, requested each person to continue to promote a sense of responsibility, maintain discipline, practice political mettle and professional capacity; unite with the unit to effectively carry out tasks in the new situation.
