On November 24, Cao Bang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work. Colonel Luong Van Thiem - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police - chaired the ceremony.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decisions to transfer and appoint 5 officials. Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Van Hao - Chief Inspector of the Provincial Police Department, was transferred to the position of Chief of Staff; transferred and appointed Lieutenant Colonel Ly Van Thin - Deputy Head of the Immigration Management Department, to hold the position of Chief Inspector of the Provincial Police Department. Three other officials were transferred and appointed to the position of deputy head of the department and equivalent.
In his speech, Colonel Luong Van Thiem congratulated the officers on receiving new assignments; at the same time, he requested each comrade to continue to promote a sense of responsibility, maintain discipline, practice political mettle and professional capacity; unite with the unit to effectively carry out tasks in the new situation.
