On November 13, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Pham Cong Nguyen - Director of the Department of Legal Affairs and Administrative and Judicial Reform (Ministry of Public Security) - presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security on appointing Colonel Le Thi Hong Thuong to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Legal Affairs and Administrative and Judicial Reform.
Colonel Le Thi Hong Thuong is a cadre with basic training and maturity from the legal force of the People's Public Security, with experience and expertise in advising on the development and enforcement of laws on security and order.
Before being appointed as Deputy Director, Colonel Le Thi Hong Thuong had a PhD degree, was Head of the Department of Inspection, Review of Legal Documents and Management of Law Enforcement, Department of Legal Affairs and Administrative and Judicial Reform.
During her work, Colonel Le Thi Hong Thuong has achieved many achievements, been a grassroots emulation fighter for many years and received many certificates of merit from the Minister of Public Security, the Minister of National Defense, and the Minister of Justice.
Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, Colonel Le Thi Hong Thuong promised to always strive, constantly learn, try harder in work, maintain moral qualities, political courage, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
Also during the week, on November 12, Hanoi City Police organized the announcement of many decisions on personnel work.
Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Quang - Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel - announced the decisions of the Director of the City Police on the transfer and appointment of 5 department leaders.
At the ceremony, Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung - Director of Hanoi City Police emphasized that since the no longer organization of district-level police, the workload, requirements and responsibilities of department-level units have been very large, requiring the head to be the "Commander", taking full responsibility before the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the City Police for all aspects of work results.

Also at Hanoi City Police, on November 10, a ceremony to announce personnel was held.
At the ceremony, the representative of the leadership of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision to transfer Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Son - Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel - to the position of Deputy Chief Inspector of Hanoi City Police.
Receiving the appointment decision, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Son affirmed that he will continuously strive, train, and maintain the qualities of a person of the Capital Police officer, continue to strive to fulfill all tasks well, worthy of the trust and expectations of the leadership and teammates.
